On March 25th, Doug wrote a letter to all employees stating the following: "I wanted to assure you that our goal is to be here for you, to make sure you can continue to earn an income and can take care of your family. We do not plan to make drastic changes and are doing everything we can to maintain your livelihoods." 

Since then, other large dealer groups have furloughed a significant portion of their staff. Dealin' Doug team members, on the other hand, have expressed their gratitude for Doug's commitment to retaining his employees.

As the coronavirus (COVID-19) begins to have an increased impact in our community, our entire staff wanted to let you know about the steps we are taking as a team to help keep us and all of our guests healthy and safe.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to all that have been affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19) around the world.  The health and safety of our guest and staff has always been and will continue to be our number one priority.  For years our dealership has hired a dedicated & fully staffed housekeeping team that are absolute all-stars at their abilities to keep out facilities clean and sanitized.   Over the past few weeks, we've personally increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitizing all high-touch areas for guest and staff. This includes desks, keyboards, door handles, phones, shuttle handles and more. This added process is completed multiple times per day.

Besides increasing the frequency of sanitizing our complete facility, we've added additional hand sanitizer and wash stations throughout Grand Kia to be available for both staff and guests.  We are also ensuring our team has the information they need to stay healthy and are mandated to stay home if they don't feel well, no matter how light of symptoms they may have.  All these practices are informed by guidance from the CDC, WHO, local and state government.  Based off the guidance we have received from these organizations and our own preparedness, Grand Kia will remain open to serve any automotive needs.  We strive to provide each guest with an amazing experience and provide you with knowledgeable and professional information to help with your next vehicle purchase, or any department you're visiting.
